I know fb and that bird place are terrible for us (def me), prob ig too but I barely use that one. But I'm gonna be sad if reddit goes because that is exactly where I go for my niche hobby discussions and communities, which is good for my mental health...

I agree but this will presumably all become public at some point, no invites needed. But the jackasses also won't get pushed to the top of replies for the "low, low price of $8/mo" either so maybe it won't be *as* bad. Esp if that other site stays around, maybe they'll keep to themselves over there?
