Trump doesn’t need Congress because he IS the Speaker of the House and the Senate Majority Leader. He doesn’t want to open the government. Johnson and Thune will let Trump trample over everything, even the law. Leaders they are not. And the MAGA politicians are just as impotent.

Scanxiety, post cancer is real. I've been using meditation and breathing techniques to help calm my mind. Brings to mind the quote, "The mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven" -John Milton from "Paradise Lost". My dogs are loving the mind calming walks.
