We have a panel of 11 judges picked randomly from a pool of 44 lifetime appointees. Loanees plead their case vs the state when turning in their final results of spending.
An approval from 10 or 11 of the judges allows the loaner to keep the money and access future loans.

I had this idea while watching the movie, The Fabulous Four. Like, I think financing it made sense but the movies so bad, it should be a literal crime.

I love it but it’s just not the same magic for me. The OG Muppet Movie is so wild with the shots they did and the music (Paul Williams is amazing). It’s real art.
