I got my hands on the XP Pen Magic Drawing Pad. Not gonna lie when I first fired it up I was not feeling it. But after a few hours and recalibration, it's working really smoothly. This is my attempt to create on the go. Leave the house a little more often.

I did all of this digitally and the hard drive it was saved on was damaged. This is hitting me hard today. Rest in Peace Sister. We will keep the fight going.

20 years ago I created a comic and cast of characters called Dread Society X (DSX). Heavily inspired by the Black Radical Tradition. I even made a character called Assata as an homage to Assata Sahkur. I read her autobiography in high school and wanted to make a character based on her.

I haven't posted any new art for awhile. Been busy wrapping up a major project, but I'm really excited to start drawing my characters again. Already started planning out a few stories for this crew. Can't wait to get back on it. This is like my 3rd redesign this year. LOL😂
