BigHand has been used at a couple of firms I've been at - never used it myself as I'm not a lawyer but I think it's fairly common?

It's the blatant lying that gets me! I expect large companies to behave unethically but when they just make up nonsense like this it takes me out. I've just looked and Waterstones profits have been broadly higher than Lush since 2018 and than Majestic since 2017, with turnover in the same region.

This article about Waterstones and wages had me curious so I looked into it, and Lush is not miles away from Waterstones in terms of turnover and has had lower profits for the last five years - there's so many things to criticise W on but why on earth are they claiming they can't pay the RLW?
