Final books are risky, but The Broken Sword is a masterclass in how to stick the landing. A 5⭐️ hat trick for L.L. MacRae.

Unexpected, emotional, absolutely relentless. This trilogy? Flawless.

Sometimes the deadliest D&D foe isn’t a monster… it’s a door.

The Door by Louise Holland is clever, sweet, and way more emotional than you'd expect from a 100-page novella. Loved it.

Seven Recipes for Revolution!

A solid debut, bittersweet, layered, and served with a side of rebellion. Definitely one to devour if you like your fiction with some bite.

Thanks to Black Crow PR & Daphnee Press for the ARC!⁣ 📚💙🪐

Finally read Uhtred’s Feast and wow, I forgot how much I missed this series.

Went with the audiobook, wild hearing someone other than Alexander Dreymon in my head 😂

If you like Vikings & morally grey MCs, read The Last Kingdom. Immediately.

Tried Anji Kills a King 📚💙🪐

Really wanted to love it… but it just wasn’t clicking. Ended up DNFing this one. Not every book’s for every reader, right?

I’ve been trying to read more mindfully, less white man fantasy, more voices that reflect the world we live in.

I’m joining Qwordy’s HYRCED Challenge in July, tackling the queer alphabet & my doom pile of a TBR.

What should I read first?
📚💙🪐
June 25, 2025 at 5:36 PM
Late to Pride Month content but let’s be real, queer books aren’t just for June. 🌈📚

Here are 6 I loved:

Evelyn Hugo, Heartstopper, Winter’s Orbit, Seven Recipes, Legends & Lattes, Cerulean Sea

Got recs? Drop them below, always adding to the TBR!
