Florida real estate market continues to sink as Days On Market soar. The only homes selling in my hood are new construction where a home has been torn down. Builders have pulled back from tear downs with only 2 houses selling as tear downs this year but multiple for sale on every street.

$TSLA Musk and Trump are going to get rid of a rule Musk doesn’t like because it makes his cars look bad. They have a very high crash rate and are dangerous.

Someone needs to look into this further. Where does his money come from if it’s not from the family business? Is it legal? Is he a complete fraud? Nothing would surprise me.
