I was tired of not being able to do so many exercises, so I finally gave in and got a proper home gym set-up with a power rack. Time to get stronger 💪

I've been using the strangely compelling power of grinding in Old-School Runescape to entice me to work out. I sorted exercises into muscle groups and assigned them to skills, and 1 lb. lifted = 1 exp point. It's fun watching my level go up, lol.

I finished my dashboard, now it's time to start grinding more EXP

I got home from my week-long work trip to see my bananas had turned brown. I don't have a loaf pan, so I made a banana bread cake. It's already popular!

I haven't played Pokemon in like 10 years but I made a tier list based on how hot I find the male trainers in it. The higher they are the more often I look up rule 34 of them. lol
