Just here for the funny blue train stuff.
Last but far from least, the railway's only numbers 8 and 9.

Engines that had the Number 7. While Tim is a clone of @rexeljet.bsky.social's headcanon, I decided to change the direction with Jennings.

Engines that had the number 6. These are directly lifted from @rexeljet.bsky.social's headcanons, with the addition of my take on their post-MSR fates.

Engines that had the number 5.

Engines that had the number 4.

NOTE: Alfred's backstory, in addition to @rexeljet.bsky.social's headcanon, also was inspired by real-life locomotives that Disney animators Ward Kimball and Ollie Johnston owned.

Engines that maintained the number 3.

As many engines came and went, many engines took the number that once belonged to another engine. For starters, these are the three engines that bore the number 2.

Albert (French like @rexeljet.bsky.social's interpretation) arrived with 4 French coaches. They, along with Hildy (see alt text) ended up on a line in northeastern Italy where they work heritage services to this day.

Albert, Jim, and Tim are largely similar to how @rexeljet.bsky.social interpreted them, but I decided to embellish some details about them.

Since Duke, Falcon, and Stuart are largely unchanged, I won't be going into too much detail about them unless somehow relevant. I'll also be using alt. text to explain the images to save on character space.

Thanks.

So far I had the idea for four French coaches that could arrive with Albert and Minnie (my take on the Mine Engine) from France. My idea would be that they're the original power for the MSR Boat Train.

I also had the idea to incorporate Proteus as the originally MSR No.3 before Falcon.

Just asking but would you mind if I adapted some of your ideas for characters like 98462 and the Mid Sodor engines?

Percy looks like he's auditioning for Big Trouble In Little China.
Duck looks like he's in NSFW content.
Thomas looks like he's fricking constipated.

I love it.

I'm the guy who offered to give my ideas for how to fix various HiT era characters. IF you want to discuss it further, we can in a DM.

The bulk of the film's focus is on the relationship between Thomas and Keith, as Keith develops and ultimately chooses to be content with continuing to be Thomas' driver.
February 23, 2025 at 7:44 PM
One day however, The Fat Controller (Bob Hoskins) recruits Thomas and Keith for a special mission from Burnett Stone, whose own engine Lady is in need of help being protected from corrupt scrap merchant Patrick Boomer and his engine Diesel 10.

Thomas' driver Keith Hartley (Michael E. Rodgers) gets along well with Thomas, but does want to eventually move on to driving a mainline engine like his older brother John (Cary Elwes).

Decided to do likewise.
