I do hope that Rae Huang will flesh out her policies sooner rather than later. Because Progressives like me will now be deciding whether to support Nithya Ramen or Rae Huang (since both appear to support progressive ideas and are DSA members). We need to know how Rae Huang stands out/is different.

Right now I'm deciding between supporting Rae Huang & Nithya Ramen (with a lean towards Rae Huang). I can't wait for the debates to hear more about their policies and to battle it out with Karen Bass & Spencer Pratt.

Maybe there's an example out there of a transit system that is run by an apolitical active transit users Board. But until then, I think a State run LA Board may be just as dangerous as the current LA Metro Board. We should focus on Primary the current Board members or pass a Countywide measure/Prop.

And would Sacramento deciding who gets put on the LA Metro Board just lead to the same problem as the current LA Metro Board but filled with State politicians/aligned with State politicians? How should it be decided who are the authentic protransit & active transit users to be selected to the Board?

If Sacramento does dissolve the current LA Metro Board and it's no longer made up of elected politicians who never/rarely use public transit, then my question is how should Sacramento decide who gets put on the LA Metro board?

Different time periods, mixed with different cultures/environments will get you a diversity amount of myths/folk lores/urban legends/creatures. Division can mean different, but ultimately those creatures of the past can evolve and reinterpreted to fit into today's time and become today's creatures.

Google Maps is a private company and they are not obligated to provide any drop box locations (or accurate drop box locations for that matter). The best source for correct drop box locations is indeed through your County's Registrar/County-Clerk/Voter government website.

I feel bad for all the fans that need to use LA Metro trains only to find out all the trains stop service after 12pm. @metrolosangeles.bsky.social please extend train service past 12pm. Fans taking the Dodgers Express buses need to use trains due to a 18+ inning game!

Also, if you know you will no longer be an overseas voter, you can inform the election worker that you want to update your voting info so that you can receive your mail ballot at home in future elections.

If this is the first day of a new school for the main characters, maybe a sort of orientation where each character get to know each other in a large group, and maybe do ice-breaker activities?

I hope that when the Dodgers win their 2nd World Series title back to back, LA Metro can offer free fares on parade day. Or even better also offer free fares on Game 3-5 next week (Oct 27-29) that'll take place in LA (for LA Metro buses and trains).
