Hegseth recently reposted a video segment featuring Christian nationalist pastor Doug Wilson and other pastors who explicitly argue that women should no longer have the right to vote and should "submit" to their husbands. The CNN segment highlighted that these pastors—part of the Communion of Reformed Evangelical Churches CREC, of which Hegseth is a proud member—advocate repealing the 19th Amendment, which granted women voting rights. The uncertainty tied to tariffs has also caused businesses to put off hiring more workers, leading to fewer job openings, several economic surveys indicate. “Tariffs are going to have a negative economic effect on the American economy,” Tedeschi told CNN. It came to my attention that the world has been treating America very unfairly for billions of years. The sun always rises in New Zealand, Australia and Asia, even Europe gets it before us. Good news! That's gonna change. I have given orders this morning that the rotation of the earth shall be reversed! Earth has two weeks to comply, otherwise everything Earth provides will be subject to tariffs of 1,000%. Next New Year will be America's first, every other country will just have to wait.
