I was trying to remember what the last shows I saw there were. I know Phil and Friends was one of them, but I think I also saw Stone Temple Pilots, or maybe it was the other band Weiland had with Slash. Velvet Revolver maybe?

I think you are correct. A core few and different folks per album. However, it still just seems like a really expensive cover band and why I haven’t been back.

We went first night of ATL and it was insane. 6th time seeing him and was definitely best show I’ve seen this year. Probably going to try and hit another one when he gets back to North America.

Tread lightly, once you start you can’t go back. I haven’t done anything outside of heated flow (vinyasa) in years. It’s the most challenging (and rewarding) athletic activity I’ve done in my life. And I played all the major sports.

I love the handstand comment. Haven’t heard it. That’s brilliant. My favorite teacher is always encouraging us to “level up” by doing it with a smile. Very hard when it’s 100 degrees and you’re flowing.
