Thing is it's stretched even compared to the modern model, but it's closer to the anime while still matching PIkachu's leg situation.

That and the BR model had some oddities I didn't fix while making the leg edits. I just wanted a model to animate, so I ignored things like the legs *starting* lower

This move does 3 things, Riachu's upper body is a multihit, his tail is a single hit that sends away, and the landing hitbox sends up.

Which hits you get depends on position and timing, and while this move is slow, it can deal a good bit of damage if used correctly

That's because Pikachu's limbs are elongated compared to models of that era, I only gav ehim the same treatment (partially also 'cause the Pokémon models of that time have a problem of being "pre-posed", making animation a pain)
