What I've found hilarious is pretty much everyone who reaches his level of (in)famy gets a friend/former friend/acquaintance/whatever writing a book about the "real" them. No one has done that for Musk, because he has no friends. This is not an insult, it's an observation. No one actually likes him.

It is easily the most bizarre political move I've ever seen a party do (that wasn't helmed by Clive, at least).
I don't think most people would have believed the LNP would aim for Net Zero anyway, but why on Earth would they make it this clear, this early, and then start a knife-fight over it?

We won’t know for sure for another two weeks, because as soon as they’re done either way they’re going to recount. It’s too close not to.

Eastern Europe also requires all cars to be replaced with either Mercedes, or a Lada made in 1986. Regardless of the time of year it will probably be snowing.

I guarantee the story in the next six months will be “Those greedy egg farmers, they’re all illegals!” Trump will announce something silly like importing eggs from overseas, which will go nowhere. They’ll announce victory over egg prices in 2027 without reducing anything, if they remember that far.

I’ve had the same Hotmail email address since I was fourteen. At this point I assume that anyone who wants my data has it, but being a middle aged nobody from Australia none of them give a shit.

The current trend in modern cars for the dashboard to look like someone glued a tablet to it instead of having easily used buttons is a travesty.

I've always thought Salazzle was the point where Nintendo admitted it. All the previous Pokemon, you could see an innocence to the design. Not Salazzle. They knew what they were creating there, and it was blatant.
