Love this. My little kitty saved me too.
To say I’m proud would be an understatement. Since January, I have gained a confidence in myself that I thought I lost and I can’t wait to see where the next few years take me one fulfilled promise at a time.

To say I’m proud would be an understatement. Since January, I have gained a confidence in myself that I thought I lost and I can’t wait to see where the next few years take me one fulfilled promise at a time.
At the beginning of the year, I made a promise to myself to read 30 books. It was an attainable but challenging goal and last month I followed through on that promise and I can honestly say I’ve never felt so happy with myself. I followed through on a promise and I rebuilt some trust within myself.

I’ve never really shown up for myself before. I had a habit of breaking the promises I would make to myself and I would often let myself down. I viewed myself as less valuable and less worthy of kindness and commitment than others.
