Tier 3 Kenotic - TITAN, characterized by all traits of Tier 2, with the addition of having profound abilities or masterful control with their type of matter or energy. Tier 4 Kenotic - Demimutant, characterized by all traits of tier 2 but display inhuman physical or mental traits. Their inherent unpredictability makes them dangerous.
