Fast forward to today, and I see so many young athletes going through the same struggles. They’re talented, driven, and passionate, but they often lack the tools to tackle mental and emotional challenges.
That’s why I built Legacy North Academy. 📈

Growing up, mental health wasn’t something we talked about. I struggled in silence, not knowing how to process the highs and lows of life.
But then, there was basketball. Every bounce of the ball, every shot I took, brought me closer to understanding myself. 🧠
