Brew day tomorrow. Shack Black v3, a couple of tweaks to aid head retention and add a touch more body. Will it work, who knows. I like to wing it.

We will be closed on Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th January while we carry out some essential maintenance and give the bar a deep clean. Normal service will resume on Wednesday 29th January. Apologies for any inconvenience.

So guess what. Things didn't go to plan. The alarm didn't go of and I'm still full of a cold. I haven't had a day off in ages, so I've been told by the boss to take today off. Brewing will have to resume in the new year.
Bar is open as normal though so we'll see you from noon.
