Quite. Do all RA2 station signs now have to be replaced with RA3 signs? Is it genuinely that difficult to read (for example) "Ilkley" without a hooked 'l'? Transport needed the hook on its 'l' because road signs need to be read fast. Are station signs / trainside logotypes really in the same class?

Yes you’re right - what I kind of ran out of characters for was what happens on the other side? Is it a direct mirror, or is it always the right hand end of the train that has the extra right-pointing livery. If you see what I mean.
