I grew up in Northern Canada and we would have constant nuclear drills in school. Daily(?) they felt like theatre. Just a surreal, memorized set of movements that came with a promise of apocalypse and never happened.

Canadians floated through the drama and terror and coped via group-detachment.

Why the hell is the limit so small for bluesky posts? I like to blab. No fun to have to cut my stories down.
