There really isn’t much serialization at all. A couple characters might change a little over time (barely), but that’s not the same thing.
You can watch Voyager episodes out of order with almost no impact. There was every bit as much serialization in TNG, and more in DS9.

I don’t need every show to have serialized storytelling. But the WHOLE POINT of Voyager was to tell one ongoing, overarching storyline. And they dropped that ball with the endless reset buttons.
