Hey -- consensus is building that it's likely going to be a pocket veto. ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pocket_... ). Look for Johnson to adjourn Congress so it falls through. Keep up the pressure @chrismurphyct.bsky.social .

You seem to take glee in that. Tell me more, why do you take pleasure in hurting others ?

Thanks for the update. Totally absurd that this is happening. this is turning politicians into news reporters because news reporting can't keep up - and are forcing politicians of doing dual duty of telling people *and* fighting.

Pass it around ! :)

He's trying something to see if he can exert influence -- he wins either way if the influence works - splitting the vote, or pushing people to the already winning candidate. It's not his idea to be clear, someone pulling the strings.

We will see this tactic again, I guarantee it

I'm not a fan of Cuomo; what I'm interested in is this new way to influence people on the opposing side with your "pick". Take notes Democrats -- start naming your picks you want to damage on the opposing side that have a fighting chance to consolidate the votes to the candidate you prefer.

It's strange behavior. I think Trump knows it will damage Cuomo's chances at being elected ... Or at least the political team behind him hopes it does.

I support your message, but it's best to not give this person the additional traffic and attention they are looking for.

Pass it on! The bots are unlikely to see it without text.

Jon, I am glad you a voice of reason. I always appreciate your take on the current situations and am amazed at the different viewpoints you bring together to show the audience the fuller picture. If things keep going sideways and all the comedians are really run off, I hope you will run for office.

News cycles highlight the unique. Not the mundane. As something becomes commonplace, it is no longer newsworthy. So, ICE car fires are no longer unique, they're mundane - from a News standpoint.

The other reason for my response of: "jet fuel can't melt steel beams" was to remind you of the other, very old, "argument" that hopefully you, by now, identified as having the same trajectory.

Whoever has initially posted the article has sufficiently exhausted you - the've riled you up + wasted a lot of time. They're no doubt laughing.
