There have been false gods worshipped for all time. I know mine is the correct one because He came to Earth to live the life I couldn't live and pay the price for my sin. His name is Jesus, and that's usually where the demons start to get really angry.

This is not a progressive idea it's the center of Christianity, but too many Christians fall into the holier-than-thou trap.
