Under discussed yet painful types of grief that many people in their 20s/30S/4OS experience alone:

✓• losing a version of yourself after experiencing a hardship, mental health struggle, or trauma
✓• letting go of the timeline you planned for your life
✓• body changes from natural aging, health struggles, or chronic illness
✓• when what you thought was your "dream job" doesn't bring you the fulfillment you imagined
✓• outgrowing friendships that you deeply cared for
• losing a pet that felt like a companion or confidant
✓• leaving a life and routines behind when you move to another city (even if the move was intentional)
✓• losing your sense of identity after being let go from a job, being in a job you dislike, or looking for new jobs
• infertility, fertility struggles or pregnancy loss
✓• letting go of hope that certain people or circumstances will change
✓• distancing from a family member after continuous chaos or choosing to break a toxic pattern
✓• watching others hit milestones that you want
✓• changing as a person and feeling disconnected to old relationships that used to feel like home
