Our team in the Florida Department of Environmental Protection is conducting experiments to measure the impact of turbidity on corals. Bahr Lab interns learned how to feed Mountainous star coral (Orbicella faveolata) and Staghorn coral (Acropora cervicornis) with phytoplankton, Golden Pearls, and Reef Roids, practicing target feeding 2-3 times weekly. This sustains coral health and tank balance. #coralcare #learninginterns 🪸🌊
