Not all grapes are suitable for wine making e.g. table grapes (vitis vinifera) which these look like. But the Japanese have mastered cultivating the most extraordinary delicious fruits in every sense:taste, texture, colour, smell, size. A (one) perfect Bijin-hime strawberry can cost around US$320,00
