What a wimp. A huge difference between Reagan’s 7ish temps and the low 20s forecast for Monday. But it gives him an excuse if his inaugural crowds don’t meet his wild expectations.

Capital One has an even bigger problem today as it is unable to process payroll for thousands of customers due to an issue with a 3rd party service provider. As an employee of an affected customer, I feel for my colleagues who live from paycheck to paycheck and are unlikely to get paid today.
