Right on. I love those round serving trays they look like a revolver with Kölsch bullets. Maybe scene too many westerns.
But I also love how they are a reasonable size glass and the beer is COLD which is so lovely during the summer.

As I was watching the film I actually teared up at just those things. The novelty and that woven familiarity you mention. Representation of black America. Director & crew bringing such a vision to life. The music, dancing, & joy how black culture influences of the ancestors, to now, & the future.
