The worst of it ? Ending up mostly alone worked out better for me, weirdly enough

Learned about all the sub-disorders coming with ASD & ADHD (+ the fact the ADHD medecine I'm taking is known for worsening ASD so no wonder why I felt explosive since then)

Got new traumas & disabilities from personal relationships & old workplace, some friends knew my ex-bf was an abuser but didn't think to tell me before I told them I got SA'd by him, did my best to mask my burnouts, meltdowns & overall autism, all of that for losing my friends anyway bcs of it all
