Turns out the man has no broken ribs, hooray 🎉 It feels like a truck went over me and it's still raining, but that something at least

Ah, I almost forgot but the cherry on top of today was my stepfather, who slipped on one of the puddles while we were scrambling to clean up, and proceeded to slam his back onto a raised door. He's currently in the hospital to check if he broke any ribs 😮‍💨
Have I mentioned this all happened at 2am?

The windows are lacking glass, the gutter is broken and leaking onto one of the walls, there is leakings everywhere, including some I couldn't bother to get pictures of and bugs love falling off the ceiling
