Yesterday was the launch of my new book. It was fun to do. As always, I learned a lot about myself and the world I live in by writing. I spend most days writing one thing or another. I couldn't ask for a better life.

I write blogs for lay readers and clinicians on the Psychology Today site. The first of several on my new book, "The Four Realms of Existence", is now posted.
