I'm terrified of EMDR. I've already cried countless times out of fear of going back to some really scary sad stuff from my childhood. I know I'll feel better if I actually heal from what happened to me, but I really don't wanna ever feel those feelings again.

It was easy bc he’s been sick, and after a thorough examination by our vet, we decided it was time. He lived to be 18 years, 3 months, and 13 days old. Our vet said he was 120 years old.
It was time.
But it didn’t make it hurt less. He was the light of my life for the last 13 years.
