With numbers the Excel techniques are great.
But the LLMs are very versatile with text - I can give it like 3 paragraphs of biographic data and it can extract name, age, titles, specific notes, etc.
It's not perfect but it speeds things up a lot.

Yeah. And there's definitely folks like Kassidy Yates who appear to actually trade and stuff. But even that seems almost like a lark for her.

And those economic areas where scarcity matters appears to mostly be handled by the government by the time you get to the 24th century. (In the 23rd there's definitely still a lot of entrepreneurship around mining, etc)

I think in context, everyone in the Federation proper appears to have a UBI that's so high that you don't really have to think about money unless you want to buy something like a small Moon.
