Yup. They got that vote after Hitler was appointed Chancellor, and enacted the Reichstag Fire Decree and the Enabling Act which effectively gave him dictatorial powers.
It's hard to vote against someone who outlawed opposing political parties.

The Nazi party may have been the largest, but they didn't have a majority. They had 37% of the votes in 1932, which then shrunk down to 33% in November.
Hitler only became Chancellor because of Franz von Papen and President Hindenburg's advisors, making backroom deals.
