We participate each month in Second Saturdays, an activation of our neighorhood along The Alameda in San Jose. Our artists have open studios from 11-2, and don't miss the Visual Philosophy Studios across the street at 5pm with a new art show. See art, get some food and drink, see more art!

Hi, I'm Ally, a fiber artist and educator based in #SanJose. I weave on handlooms, piece and sew cloth, dye fabric and yarn, and sometimes grow my own dye plants.

Here is one of my favorite pieces: an ikat weaving dyed with madder root that I made on my Gilmore loom.
