Beyond her direct effect on the Journal, from increasing the impact factor to managing a daunting backlog, “perhaps one of Dr. Brazeau’s most unique and powerful contributions has been her personal commitment to mentoring authors,” said Lee Vermeulen, AACP EVP & CEO.

“It’s gratitude, it’s appreciation. Each of us has to find our little place in the pharmacy Academy—perhaps mine (or my ‘piece’ as [AACP President-elect] Robin put it) was to help advance our journal just a little further.”

She will engage with associate editors, authors, reviewers & AACP staff to ensure the Journal reflects current trends and meets the needs of its members, while guiding the Journal into its next phase of growth & impact.
