Step 2: Find barriers and boundaries, physical and emotional, really high, deep and far ones ! Step 3:Now align that shit, and add a deep felt longing for that person or thing! BUT uh oh look out, heres a barrier, or a boundary!! Step 4:Yearn!!! Right in the pit of stomach, feel the pain, and grinding existential misery. Feels like a box of screws in a blender.
