I think the feeds simply look for the keyword rather than the hashtag. So anytime someone says the word, it's inserted into that feed. I 'think' hashtags are now a little more specific.

They seem to have just added them and it's a little confusing how they work. I think you touch one and it opens a menu to select the search or your own results, if that makes sense?
