Hey sky people! My scale today told me I’m 66.6% muscle mass. Goal is to push it above 80%!

Recently someone told me I expect a gf to go to the gym with me. I laughed. Don’t get me wrong, I’d love that but it’s not a necessity.

I ask they be supportive of me in all my ventures. Whether it’s the gym, NPC Classic Physique, Pageantry, doing shows.

Last time I competed at EOY I got second Alt. I had a lot of fun but I also realized I need a legit team if am going to bring the title home.
