Don't worry, I just did the math for you.
Under this plan, Wyoming through Utah, or the 21 least most populous states, still wouldn't increase by as many as California would increase (1222 over 21 states vs 1314 for CA)
Most importantly, dispersing residential dilutes each rep's power.

We need to be going all in on a Rapid Dragon Panamax Edition instead of whatever nonsense that thing is.
Better yet, a much smaller tonnage Dispersed Edition so 🇨🇳 hypersonic carrier-killers don't take out 200+ VLS cells in one salvo.
