The Old Man and The Sea

A long time ago, a chef shared this recipe with me: one egg, one cup of milk, one cup of flour. Mix and leave in the fridge overnight to make it extra smooth. It's all I've ever used. You've got me curious about these French recipes though.

I liked this post just so I could unlike it. I didn't even know this could happen, now it's my worst fear.
