It's done 😭❤️ Now to frame it! Honestly soooo beyond happy with how this turned out! Both sections are lino prints, and I hand cut out the center of the top one with an exacto knife. Came together better than I hoped.

Test prints anyone? Next step it's to cut and center my final paper, then print that and wait for it to dry. The completed piece will have the center of the detailed print cut out and it will be framed above the more shadowy print.

Just got home from seeing Tigre! Tigre! performed by Fox & Beggar Theater at Keepsake Cidery. It was a blast!
A beautifully decorated stage outside in the early evening. The sides of the stage are painted with decorative patterns, a sun and a moon, and a tiger on each side. The same decorated stage. This time there are large paper puppets on stage and a band at the top.

An animatronic leopard (?) that looks to be in a rather sorry state. It's head is slightly tilted to the side and mouth slightly open, almost in a tired smile. It's in a replica jungle/rainforest style biome within a restaurant, being lit by a spotlight from below.

My son wanted to eat at the Rainforest Cafe for his birthday today. It's definitely more alarming as an adult I feel like. Especially since I'm almost positive these are the same animatronics from when I was a kid

A my seasons core test. It's titled Acorn Core and the season is Early Autumn Core. The boxes say: late-night emotional, enjoy alone time, regrets small things, can't say no, struggles between ideals and reality, shy at first, overly empathizes with others, lost in own world, and worries too much.
