The United States has received many treasured gifts over the years, the Bell of Hope from the Liberty Bell foundry in the UK, thousands of cherry blossom trees from Japan, two pandas from China, and the Statue of Liberty from France.

We will have friends, family, and strangers over to celebrate the gift of life and fellowship and face the good things of this world. I hope that in this season and seasons to come people are ready and able to see the good things in life and to sometimes even be the cause of good things for others.

I was in second or third grade in California (7-8 years old) when we performed a week long study on Nazi Germany and were shown videos and photos of what occurred inside concentration camps. I can only imagine what knowledge others have. I abhor the use of the term nazi. Please don't use it.

Able to retire after making a paltry $132,000 per hour for a company he did not build. Poor fellow, I hope he is able to continue the living the life he's grown accustomed to and doesn't have to make too many sacrifices in retirement.

Is lawfare sanctioned by the American people? Jack Smith was once appointed to charge Trump just three days after he announced his campaign. Now Trump has assigned Lindsey Halligan to charge DOJ officials who feel the shoe is not so comfortable on the other foot. Is one right? Are neither?

What is the right amount of spending in your household? Do you maintain a balance of three months worth of living? Do you maintain more? Is it ok to just have a zero balance? Is the amount equal to whatever the banks let you spend? How much should 'we' spend with 'our' government money?
