I am always unreasonably irritated by the phrase "jumping up and down"
There's no jumping down. No one gets to the apex of their jump and thinks they'd better jump down. There's only repeated jumping up. And no need even to say the word up. It's included in the concept of jumping.

Problem is my list of daily games is already Wordle, Waffle, Minute Cryptic, 0hh1, Octordle (Rescue and Sequence) and Sedecordle. Going to need to get up earlier.

1. I have not lived in London since 1986
2. Even when I did, most of South London was pretty much a mystery to me
3. A million new stations have been added since then
4. My memory has melted
