We have some very good imagery with this, especially in this scene in the cage with the screens.
I'm just a bit disapointed because it's pretty cliché hypnosis even if i understand why: it's supposed to be an hommage to golden age comics.

I think y'all know this one. The villain of the movie is the Screenslaver and they control people with googles they put on people's eyes. Their plan is to make the heroes look bad so they don't become legal again, by controlling them of course.

The whole movie is about "hypnotics", people able to hypnotise other s in a simple phrase. That's obviously bullshit and very bad representation of hypnosis but at least they say it in the movie, explaining it's more of a gift that gives you some sort of "super-hypno"
