I just cried over a dog on his last day. I haven't cried since two days after the election. My antidepressant works REALLY well, I guess? I don't want to detach yet, because dopamine, and because it is probably my favorite social media platform, ever. And the timing could not possibly be worse.

It's amazing. Info and dopamine in one place!

There is so much more to tt than 6 second videos. It is a powerful tool for communication. It is a place to learn and connect. It is a place to organize and educate. People did so much good after Helene. I urge you to look deeper! 🫶
