(oops face reveal but I) just went to see The Importance Of Being Earnest at the National Theatre and met Ncuti Gatwa himself and he was so incredibly nice, he told me that I'm cool and I'm literally bouncing off the walls rn

Recently I got a copy of Batman Begins from a local charity shop and I was just about to stick it on only to find that the main disc (containing the film) was missing:/

Just saw an adaptation of Dracula at the theatre which, while the staging and direction was there, it was admittedly let down by a confusing narrative and unconvincing performances

Busy week huh? Exceptional X-Men remains just as good as the title would expect, and Storm was brilliant if brief (I just wanted more). Phoenix was super cool though I think I may take a break. I'm a bit late to X-factor and it's still super fun!

Just watched the Heretic and god Hugh Grant is just electric in this. I don't usually watch horror films but I did this one, and it's so damn good

Earlier I read the epic conclusion to the Red Wave storyline in Uncanny X-Men #5 by @gailsimone.bsky.social and I must confess that I adored it. This series is one of the highlights of my month and I can't wait for the next part (in 2 weeks whoopee!)

I don't currently have time for episodes 2 and 3 but the Arcane Season 2 premier is absolutely gorgeous!!!!! I'm loving where everyone is going and the newcomers are amazing (Maddie my beloved)

Just saw The Other Place and ohmyfuckinggod that was superb. I was covering my face in parts but unable to look away. Absolutely stunning piece of theatre

Just read Something Is Killing the Children #0 and X-Men #7. SiKtC is obviously awesome and I can't wait for when the series returns.

Finally got round to reading Storm #1 and it's really excellent. I mostly picked up out of interest for what's happening next because appearances from Doctor Voodoo, the Uncanny X-Men AND Doctor Doom sounds awesome. Can't wait to see what's next for the mutant queen

Yesterday was new comic day and I picked up X-factor, X-Men and Absolute Wonder Woman. The X-stories were as fun as ever but I was most excited by WW. I mean, a version of Diana raised in hell with a buster sword? That's awesome

Just finished rewatching Arcane: Bridging the Rift in preparation for season 2 and it's so interesting, I love learning about how the things I love are made. Hopefully we'll get a sequel for season 2 🙏🙏🙏

Just finished rewatching Scavengers Reign and it's genuinely one of the greatest animated series ever. The animation is stunning and the story and themes are so interesting! Ursula and Azi are by far my favourite characters and I need a second series now
