Long story short is that it's a gamble, as measles antibodies can reduce over time and the virus attacks the immune system in ways they don't fully understand. You might have immunity but you can get a lab titer to check or most pharmacies will just give you the vaccine at no cost w insurance.

As a human with dust mite allergies you might have some luck reducing them with a mite proof mattress cover, silk pillowcases, air purifiers and dehumidifiers. Don't use clove oil bc its toxic to cats but diatomaceous earth is effective and safe! You can sprinkle it on carpets and bedding and vacuum
