In the replies to one of this person's posts, there are so many instances of them or others simultaneously claiming to be "allies" while conceding to fascist thought on trans people in sports, complaining that we whine too much, and pinning the blame for our potential demise on US, Not our "allies".

Like, this is just explicitly advocating for a democratic candidate to accept the right-wing framing of the issue and not support us, right? And that trans people would be unreasonable to be upset at this?

Why do they think the left can only win by sacrificing our own values? "We can only win by running a mannequin with no principles and you're actually aligning with fascists by asking for more". The right doesn't suffer from this delusion, they run on the positions their base cares about and win!
