After 5 weeks of bulking (still tons more to go) I’m back into the 290s and happy with the gains made just got to keep putting one foot in front of the other.

This has been me since I started my winter bulk at any thick boy I see or know. So I feel this immensely.

After talking to my coach and after another week of health phase I get to start my mammoth bulk. For all of you this is basically what’s gonna happen.

The process is proceeding bit by bit. You must patience and work the steps. The boredom can definitely be heavy.
